Its color is quite pale yellow. Its scent exudes the same lovely fruitiness year after year, which we fooled with a slightly more pronounced barrel seasoning this vintage. In taste, we are accompanied by the perfect harmony of fresh crispy fruit notes, tight acids, and a little residual sugar.
The Cziróka vineyard and the heart of the estate were bought in 1850 by the great father of the current owner (Gábor Harsányi), Rick Jakab. The area has been owned by the family for almost 170 years, with the exception of the Rákosi era. The base rock of the vineyard is rhyolite tuff, slightly stony, clayey, covered with a thick, greasy topsoil. Due to its special terroir and favorable south-western location, its wines are playful and fruity and light. Furmint, linden and yellow muscat give the excellent wines from here.
