The 2021 vintage is definitely one of the colder ones in the decade. Bud burst took place in mid-April followed by a relatively moderate cooler summer, creating the factors to produce elegant style of wines.
This Hárslevelű has an astonishing acidity with characters of fresh lime zest and steely minerality. The wine spent 7 months on fine lees taking up subtle and fine biscuit notes. With time this wine will be able to develop dried fruit notes with fantastic mineral structure.
